Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Admissions Director to oversee the entire admissions process at our nursing center in Charles Town, WV. You will manage referrals, drive census growth, and coordinate marketing to raise the center’s visibility and brand reputation.

Lead cross‑functional teams, ensure fast follow‑ups on referrals (within 15 minutes), and enhance transitions of care. Build strong relationships with providers and families while expanding market share through targeted outreach and a positive

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up and census/payer goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources to grow market share.
• Maintain the nursing center’s website and manage social media to improve online presence and reviews.
• Lead interdisciplinary transitions-of-care with strong patient and family communication.
• Improve referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit conversions and overall admissions strategy.
