Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an Admission Coordinator to drive campus revenue and census targets, overseeing pre-admission and admission documentation. You will work with the Director of Sales to implement strategies and coordinate seamless admission processes for residents and families.

You’ll handle referrals, update the CRM promptly, coordinate events, and help stage apartments and common areas to align with Trilogy standards. A strong team-player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Meets targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Completes preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork and insurance verification steps.
• Responds promptly to referrals and accurately enters data in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Meets established targets for lead and lease conversion for health center and senior living.
• Completes preadmission, admission and transfer paperwork and submits information for insurance verification and precertification.
• Responds to referrals and leads promptly and records data in the CRM.
• Proactively communicates admission/move-in activities with campus leaders and parties.
• Assists with planning campus events including marketing and lead generation.
• Supports Sales Director to ensure campus readiness and Trilogy standards are met.
