Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years in enrollment/admissions, financial aid, marketing, or communications within a school or non-profit setting.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and phone communication; ability to engage families from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Slides) and comfort with admission/data management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus tours and oversee tour/visit programs for Primary, Middle, and Upper Schools.
• Plan and staff in-person and virtual recruitment events (Open Houses, Preview Days, Information Sessions), including evenings and weekends.
• Build relationships with access organizations; represent Kent Place at local school fairs; conduct applicant interviews and participate in admission committees.
