Job summary

IntelliTec College – Pueblo, CO is seeking an Admissions Representative to drive student enrollment and engagement on the Pueblo campus. You will contact leads, interview and enroll potential students, and guide them through the enrollment process to set realistic expectations about programs.

The role requires 1+ years in sales or related experience and an associate’s degree in marketing or related field; you will work with financial services to develop education funding plans and ensure

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, admissions, education, or related experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any state required permits or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential students (leads) via phone and other means.
• Follow enrollment process at all times to ensure compliance.
• Maintain appropriate contact with all students throughout the enrollment process.
• Generate interest in IntelliTec programs through interviews and tours.
• Demonstrate teamwork with enrollment staff to meet student needs.
• Facilitate meetings with financial services to develop a financial plan.
• Accurately complete all enrollment paperwork in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments and interview students to determine goals.
• Answer potential student questions and address concerns about IntelliTec.
• Utilize Velocify to contact students, schedule appointments and tours, and update leads.
• Maintain compliance standards set by accrediting bodies and DOE.
• Attend campus Stitch-In meetings to report on students.
