Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or related field, with 2 years extra experience as substitute.
• Experience: 3+ years in Recruiting, Staffing, Career Coaching, or related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Leadership, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with resume and cover letter development, job searches, company research, and interview skills.
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential employers to secure opportunities for graduates and students.
• Maintain communication with employers regarding interview results and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with ACCSC requirements for specified programs and track student employment and graduation percentages.
• Organize meetings with graduates each term to ensure graduation requirements are met.
• Input, track, and update progress data for campus reports.
• Attend and participate in PAC meetings and recruit employers to participate.
• Support campus retention rates by helping current students gain employment.
• Represent IntelliTec at career fairs and veteran transition events to network with employers.
• Provide career services information at orientations and VA briefings as necessary.
