Job summary

Quad Preparatory School is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to lead the full cycle of admissions and enrollment. This client-facing role partners with families and school leaders to ensure a welcoming, mission-driven experience across both campuses.

Reporting to the Chief Admissions and Enrollment Officer, you will manage tours, committees, records, and communications, while upholding equity and a warm, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related family- or client-facing role; experience with gifted, twice-exceptional (2e), neurodiverse, or learning differences populations is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and represent the school with warmth and credibility.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes, deadlines, and confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle of admissions and exmissions for students to and from the school.
• Organize and personally lead admissions tours for prospective families.
• Support re-enrollment meetings for current families and applicant visits.
• Coordinate logistics for events, open houses, information sessions, and yield events.
• Represent the school at networking meetings, community gatherings, and conferences.
