Job summary

Gersh Autism is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to guide families from first inquiry through enrollment across our West Hempstead, Hempstead, Queens, and Huntington campuses. This consultative sales role requires empathy, program knowledge, and disciplined follow-through to move qualified families toward enrollment.

You will own the family journey, conduct discovery calls, present Gersh's programs, and maintain accurate CRM records while meeting monthly enrollment targets and coordinating

Qualifications

• Must have prior admissions or sales experience in an educational setting.
• Own the family journey from inquiry to enrollment with documented status, next steps, and follow-up dates.
• Ability to conduct consultative discovery and present program offerings persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Own the family journey from inquiry to enrollment and first day with documented status and follow-up.
• Respond promptly to prospective families and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand student needs and family priorities.
• Deliver compelling program presentations through calls, virtual meetings, tours, and events.
• Create a high-quality family experience with empathy and clear communication.
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals and contribute to campus targets.
• Advance qualified families to completed applications, screenings, and starts.
