Job summary

Haines-City-Rehabilitation- seeks a Director of Admissions to lead the admissions process for our nursing home community in Florida. You will guide families through admissions, drive cross-team collaboration, and represent the brand with warmth and professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in healthcare admissions or marketing, LTC exposure, and strong Medicare knowledge. This role centers on compassionate leadership, data-informed improvements, and a welcoming community

Qualifications

• Must have admissions or related healthcare experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and empathetic communication.
• Proactive mindset with focus on improving community experience.
• At least 2 years of healthcare admissions or marketing experience.
• Experience in long-term care and Medicare knowledge.
• Ability to communicate with physicians and caregivers about clinical evaluations.
