Royal Health Group is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the admissions process for our skilled nursing and memory care centers. You will manage referrals, coordinate bed availability, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents while maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.

This role emphasizes resident-centered care, teamwork with nurses and care staff, and strong communication with hospitals, physicians, and external partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred.
• Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of staff, residents, and proprietary information.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct the admissions process with referrals from hospitals, doctors' offices, nursing homes and related businesses according to policies.
• Screen and accept referrals promptly; review with Administrator/DON for outliers.
• Generate new referral leads at assigned accounts.
• Convert referrals to admissions to meet facility targets and sales goals.
• Serve as liaison between referrals, hospitals, physicians and care professionals.
• Coordinate with nursing and housekeeping to update bed availability; ensure rooms are ready for admissions.
• Communicate with external liaison team and VP of Business Development about admissions.
• Ensure all admissions documents are uploaded into medical records system.
• Maintain updated bed availability and daily census.
• Communicate special needs of new admissions to staff.
• Maintain knowledge of Federal and State regulations and reimbursement.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Strong organizational experience preferred.
