Royal Health Group is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the admissions process across care settings, building strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and nursing facilities. You’ll ensure timely referrals, bed readiness, and compliant documentation while coordinating with the care team for a smooth transition.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care, collaboration, and adherence to healthcare regulations, with opportunities for growth within a compassionate team

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality regarding employees, residents and company proprietary information.

Mansioni

• Manage admissions process with referrals from hospitals, doctors' offices, nursing homes and related businesses according to policy.
• Screen and accept referrals timely; reviews with Administrator/DON for outliers.
• Generate new referral leads at assigned accounts.
• Convert referrals to admissions to meet targets and sales goals.
• Coordinate with nursing and housekeeping staff to update bed availability and prep rooms for admissions.
• Communicate admissions with external liaison team and VP of Business Development.
• Ensure admissions documents are uploaded into the medical records system.
• Maintain updated bed availability and daily census.
• Maintain knowledge of Federal and State regulations and reimbursement.
