Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions from initial inquiry to move-in with a compassionate approach.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, explaining services.
• Assess needs for appropriate placement and census goals.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members for timely admissions.
• Maintain accurate resident records in compliance with state and federal laws.
