Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Admissions, Marketing, or a similar healthcare role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and guide families through decisions.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire admissions process from inquiry to move-in.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, communicating services and environment.
• Assess needs of potential residents to ensure appropriate placement and safety.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and families to gather documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident records in compliance with regulations and privacy laws.
• Lead admissions efforts focusing on responsiveness and census goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth transitions.
