Job summary

Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an Admissions Director to oversee the end-to-end admissions process, lead impactful resident tours, and coordinate with families and providers to ensure timely, compliant admissions.

This full-time role emphasizes compassionate guidance, strong relationship building, and a focus on achieving census goals while maintaining privacy and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Two years of Admissions/Marketing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, with admissions/marketing responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire admissions process from inquiry to move-in ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct engaging tours for prospective residents and families, communicating services and care options.
• Assess needs of potential residents to ensure appropriate placement and high-quality care.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and families to gather documentation for admissions.
• Maintain accurate resident records in compliance with state/federal/privacy guidelines.
• Lead admissions efforts focused on responsiveness, relationships, and census goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
