Complete Care at Kimberly Hall North is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the admissions process, build referral partnerships, and support residents and families with compassionate service.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with hospitals, case managers, and discharge planners in a fast-paced post-acute and long-term care setting. Strong communication and marketing experience are essential to drive census growth.

Qualifications

• BS degree in marketing, social work, or human sciences is desirable.
• Prior sales and marketing experience.
• Proven success increasing SNF census.
• Strong relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and discharge planners.
• Experience with Medicare, Managed Care, and insurance authorizations.
• Ability to collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Strong communication with residents and families throughout the admission process.
• Willingness to participate in marketing, networking, community outreach, and hospital visits.
• Data-driven approach using referral conversion rates, occupancy trends, and length-of-stay metrics to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing, planning, and organizing the admission process.
• Apply sales and marketing principles when interacting with healthcare professionals to generate referrals.
• Provide daily updates to the facility and support team.
• Conduct facility tours for potential admissions.
• Welcome guests and families upon admission.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
