Job summary

Whitehall Borough Post Acute, a 166-bed post-acute care facility at 505 Weyman Rd in Whitehall Borough, PA, invites caring professionals to join our team. Successful candidates will understand clinical terminology, have strong computer skills, and be a self-starter.

You will review referrals and coordinate with clinical and marketing teams to ensure patient readiness, under supervision of the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals to determine if our facility can meet the patient's needs.

• Prepare packets and ensure patient rooms are ready.
• Work under supervision of our Marketing Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
