Job summary

Carnegie Park Post Acute is seeking a focused admissions professional to support our Marketing & Admissions team in Pittsburgh. You will review referrals, prepare admissions packets, and coordinate room readiness with your team to ensure patient needs are met efficiently.

Under the Administrator's supervision, you’ll help ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards while contributing to a compassionate, team-based culture within America's PACS network.

Qualifications

• Referral review/approval experience in a clinical setting is a must.
• Knowledge of clinical terminology.
• Understanding of payor sources.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Compassion for a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals in a timely fashion to ensure the facility can meet patient needs.
• Process admissions packets and ready rooms with the team.
• Work under supervision of the Administrator to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards.

Your day to day:

As a integral part of our Marketing & Admissions team, you'll review referrals in a timely fashion ensuring that our facility can meet the patient's needs. You'll be responsible for admissions packets, readying rooms (along with your team), and facility tours. You'll work under supervision of our Administrator to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
