Aston Group in Florida is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead with heart in our SNF-focused team. The role centers on guiding new residents and families through the admissions process with care, collaboration, and a strong patient-first approach.

The ideal candidate has SNF admissions or related experience, at least 2 years in healthcare admissions or marketing, long-term care exposure, Medicare and billing knowledge, and the ability to communicate confidently with physicians and caregivers
