Job summary

Signature HealthCARE at Rockford Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a sales/marketing professional to drive admissions and market growth for our 110-bed facility in Louisville, KY. You will coordinate strategic plans, conduct external sales calls, and collaborate with the team to meet census and quality mix goals.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with at least two years in sales/marketing and healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role with a proven track record of success; healthcare experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent related work experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement effective strategic plans for the facility.
• Complete external sales calls on target market.
• Manage the facility’s admissions process and collaborate with the facility team in achieving census and quality mix goals.
• Respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources, including e-referral systems, tours, and phone inquiries.
