Job summary

Volare Health, LLC is seeking a Director of Admissions and Marketing at South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR to drive census through proactive outreach, referral development, and targeted branding. This leadership role oversees the admissions process, ensures timely documentation, and partners with hospitals and physicians to secure new residents.

You'll develop local marketing plans, coordinate events, and manage online presence while aligning with corporate branding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience in healthcare.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology.
• Degree in healthcare management, medical social work, or marketing.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources. Promote the facility in the community and identify new referral opportunities.
• Develop local marketing plans, organize events, and manage online presence. Collaborate on branding and messaging with the corporate team.
• Work closely with internal teams to align census goals, provide updates on referrals, and ensure staff preparedness for incoming residents.

Summary :

The Director of Admissions and Marketing oversees all admissions activities and drives census through community outreach, referral development, and branding. This role ensures a smooth admissions process, fosters strong referral relationships, and collaborates with internal teams to meet operational goals.

Preferred Qualifications :

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the practicing state.
