Qualifications

• Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Customer-service mindset is required.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and maintain a professional office environment.
• One year of customer service or student service experience.
• Proficiency with CRM/SIS and Microsoft Office 365.
• Willingness to learn multiple information systems and procedures used in admissions.
• Experience in a team environment providing basic administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Data processing: imaging, imports, and application/document processing for Admissions.
• Data integrity and error resolution: duplicate detection and fraud evaluation in CRM/SIS.
• Process Admissions communications to prospects and applicants.
• Respond to departmental inquiries and perform problem-solving duties.
• Front-line service: participate in team and student-facing communications for Admissions and Recruiting.
• Provide general administrative support for Admissions processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
