Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and three years of work experience in a related field.
• Preferred experience in higher education admissions, records, or enrollment services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective student inquiries via email and phone.
• Counsel prospective students through the admission process.
• Assist with onboarding and first-year experience initiatives.
• Help students select programs of study and navigate transcripts.
• Coordinate application processes for select programs.
• Conduct campus tours and information sessions for prospective students.
• Support department with committee work and related duties.
