Job summary

Tri-County Technical College seeks an Enrollment Counselor to proactively outreach, recruit, and provide intensive enrollment counseling to diverse prospective students across Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties. The role focuses on guiding students from inquiry to enrollment, while advocating for economic mobility and student success.

Under supervision of the Assistant Director of Recruitment, Admissions, and Orientation, the position supports enrollment goals and collaborates with staff,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and experience in student services.
• Ability to counsel and recruit diverse prospective students.
• Equity-minded guidance and support in enrollment planning.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and assist students through admissions and enrollment processes.
• Design and deliver admissions workshops and outreach to recruit new students.
• Maintain accurate student records in the SIS and analyze processes for improvements.
• Collaborate with campus partners to connect students with programs and deadlines.
• Support enrollment management initiatives and participate in committees.
