Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• Valid United States driver’s license required
• Experience with MS Office and CRM systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international recruitment territories and evaluate applications
• Conduct high school visits, college fairs, and territory presentations
• Deliver information sessions and participate in events for prospective students
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email, providing a positive experience
• Review first-year, transfer, and summer program applications
• Travel 4–6 weeks per year for recruitment activities
• Collaborate with student employees and programs; support publications and events
• Maintain relationships with applicants and families throughout the process
• Perform other related work as needed
