The role involves managing a recruitment territory, extensive travel to high schools and college fairs, evaluating freshman applications, and delivering information sessions on campus to prospective students and families. Some duties may include evening/weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Admissions related experience.
• Experience planning, facilitating and participating in on-campus and off-campus recruitment events and delivering informational presentations to individuals and groups.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Recruit undergraduate domestic first-year students and represent Temple University professionally.
• Aggressively manage a recruitment territory with extensive travel to high schools, college fairs, and related programs.
• Read and evaluate freshman applications and present on-campus information sessions to prospective students and families.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
