The Office of Admissions is a dynamic team working together to recruit new students to Montana State University Billings. The Admissions Counselor is responsible for recruiting students for both MSU Billings University and City College campuses including high school graduates, transfer students and adult learners. Additionally, Admissions Counselor assist with questions pertaining to general campus information through face‑to‑face, virtual, phone, text, and email to support those seeking information about attending MSUB . This position supports the division by providing quality customer service and supporting students from their first inquiry through enrollment.
Admissions Counselors provides outstanding customer service to students and their families and are cross trained in MSUB’s degree and certificated programs and is an integral part of the MSUB Community. Training, professional development, and opportunities to serve on various campus committees and initiatives are an integral part of the position.
