Qualifications

• Proven excellence in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and group settings.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience using a student information system (Banner, DATATEL, Admission Pros).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Support undergraduate admissions recruitment, evaluation, and enrollment of diverse students.
• Review and authenticate admissions materials and make eligibility determinations.
• Implement recruitment strategies and conduct high school/community college visits.
• Coordinate recruitment market activities, including travel within assigned territories.
• Serve as Alumni Liaison supporting HEART training for alumni, faculty, and staff.
