Qualifications

• Sales experience: 1+ year required.
• Education: High School or equivalent.
• Admissions experience: 1+ year in admissions, or 2+ years in addictions, or 3+ years in behavioral health.
• Minimum two years sobriety from personal substance abuse challenges.
• CCAR Recovery Coach Certificate (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong communication skills with potential clients, their families, stakeholders and referral sources to connect them with an AspenRidge program.
• Demonstrate understanding of AspenRidge’s programs, tracks, services, and facility offerings, and describe their purpose and benefits.
• Guide clients toward the correct level of care using ASAM criteria and motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and successful treatment referrals.
• Display proficient knowledge of admission, intake, and financial processes to start the AspenRidge experience smoothly.
• Meet and exceed departmental goals.
