Job description

Lafayette College, a highly selective, private liberal arts college with 2,700 undergraduates located in Easton, PA, seeks an admissions professional to lead recruitment efforts for new student classes. The college offers B.A. and B.S. degrees in liberal arts and engineering, with a reputation for university-like resources within a close-knit community. The successful candidate will enhance Lafayette's national and international profile.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of in-person and virtual recruitment for an assigned territory, including representing the college at fairs and high schools, conducting interviews and information sessions, and evaluating applications.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, guardians, and counselors.
3. Participate in and potentially lead internal teams within the enrollment division to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Extended hours during the academic year, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to engage effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
