UMBC seeks a admissions recruiter in Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation to recruit prospective freshmen and transfer students through high school visits, college fairs, information sessions, and on/off-campus events. The role includes rendering admissions decisions and applying university policies.

The position is full-time with a hybrid telework option and a starting salary of $48,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including generous annual leave, tuition remission, and retirement

Telework

Salary

Salary: $48,000 - $54,500 depending on qualifications and experience.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.

The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
