Milestone Treatment Center in Marlton, NJ is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for behavioral health. This on-site, full-time role helps prospective clients and families navigate treatment options from initial inquiry through admission.

You will use Salesforce or a similar CRM, manage an admissions pipeline, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams, with opportunities for uncapped commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in behavioral health admissions or high-volume consultative sales.
• Experience managing a pipeline with follow-up.
• Track record of meeting conversion goals and KPIs.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Ability to identify objections and move conversations forward.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Behavioral health or substance use treatment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective clients, families, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
• Build trust with callers and help navigate treatment options.
• Conduct pre-assessments to gather information and determine next steps.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and treatment options.
• Identify barriers to treatment such as finances, transportation, family concerns, employment, and fear.
• Manage inbound inquiries from multiple lead sources and adapt approach.
• Own admissions pipeline from inquiry through admission with timely follow-up.
• Use Salesforce or a CRM to manage leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and activity.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, and operational teams for smooth admissions.
• Participate in after-hours rotation to provide support.
• Maintain accurate documentation while protecting confidentiality.
• Work toward admissions goals, conversion metrics, and KPIs.
