Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking a per diem Admissions Coordinator to support our Admissions Department on evening, weekend, and night shifts onsite.

The role involves telephonic and in-person risk assessments, crisis intervention, initial contact with referral sources and potential patients, and coordinating the referral and intake process. You will determine the appropriate level of care and communicate with referral sources, families, patients, and unit staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology is required.
• Two years’ experience with child/adolescent mental health clients is preferred.
• Prior intake, assessment, admission and crisis intervention experience with a mental health population is preferred.

Responsibilities

The position is onsite in Doylestown, PA without a remote option.

Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health and academic services to children, adolescents and young adults working through a wide range of mental or behavioral health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders. In collaboration with families, community supports and other providers, Foundations incorporates evidence-based, culturally responsive, and individualized treatment interventions within a nurturing, therapeutic environment.
