Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Primary Therapist to join the Rest residential Treatment Facility on our Bucks County campus. This onsite role runs Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.

• Performs biopsychosocial and behavioral assessments to inform multidisciplinary treatment plans.
• Works with youth and families to address positive behavior changes.

Responsibilities

Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring a Primary Therapist to work on the Restidential Treatment Facility (RTF) at our Doylestown, PA campus. This is an onsite position Monday - Friday 8:30a - 5:00p (one weekend/month required) offering full-time benefits and great pay!

This position is eligible for a $5,000 commitment bonus!

Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provides therapeutic services utilizing behavior-based interventions to children and adolescents utilizing individual, family, and group modalities.
• Performs biopsychosocial and behavioral assessments that result in a broad picture of treatment needs, and aid in the development and implementation of a multidisciplinary treatment plan that results in positive outcomes for patients.
• Works collaboratively with youth and their families to effectively address positive behavior changes.
• Develops a discharge plan with the child and family that includes aftercare services in the community that can provide continued support to the child and family post-discharge.
