Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking a per diem Admissions Coordinator to support our Admissions Department on evening, weekend, and night shifts. This role provides telephonic and in-person risk assessments and crisis intervention, and serves as the initial contact with referral sources and potential patients.

The position is onsite in Doylestown, PA with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology required.
• Prior intake, assessment, admission and crisis intervention experience with a mental health population preferred.
• Two years' experience with child/adolescent mental health clients and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and in-person risk assessments and crisis intervention.
• Act as initial contact with referral sources and potential patients.
• Coordinate the referral and intake process and determine appropriate level of care.
• Maintain communication with referral sources, families, patients, and unit staff.
