Northwest Florida State College is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support enrollment and student records. You will process admissions applications, verify program eligibility, review transcripts, and maintain FERPA compliance while assisting faculty, staff, and students.
The role also includes residency determinations for tuition, processing appeals, scanning documents, and representing the College at events. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in higher education admissions are preferred.

The Admissions Coordinator is directly accountable to the Registrar/Director of Academic Records and Enrollment for the following duties and responsibilities.
The individual filling this position is expected to play a positive role in helping the College change as necessary to effectively carryout its mission.
