Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to guide residents and families through the admissions process with empathy and professionalism. You will coordinate between clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.

You will build relationships with families and referral sources, perform bedside assessments, and prepare reports while maintaining thorough records. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and families entering our facility. You’ll play a key role in guiding them through the admissions process with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
