Job summary

Flathead Valley Community College seeks an Admissions Coordinator to oversee daily admissions operations and support diverse student services customers. You will guide applicants, manage communications, and ensure accurate data handling within FVCC systems.

The role requires collaboration with campus departments, supervision of staff, and compliance with FERPA and state/federal regulations. Vocational growth and tuition waivers may be available as part of FVCC benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field with professional/supervisory experience required.
• Associate degree with 3+ years of professional/supervisory experience also acceptable.
• A combination of five years of higher education and professional/supervisory experience qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Advises students through the application and registration process and provides information on student services.
• Leads admissions processes and communications; oversees MUS One Application enrollment leadership.
• Oversees international student admissions and coordinates with campus personnel on FVCC admissions.
• Trains and supervises Admissions staff and student workers; ensures accurate data entry and reporting.
