Texas A&M University-San Antonio is seeking an Admissions Coordinator I to support the Office of Admissions in San Antonio, TX. You will help plan, develop, and implement admissions activities, review applications, and assist with recruitment and outreach.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency in data reporting to support enrollment goals.

  • Ability to use technology to track and process students through Graduate School Admissions processes.
  • Ability to collect, write, and report various types of data sets.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with registration by evaluating documents required for admissions.
  • Participates in campus information sessions.
  • Develops and utilizes computer reports in order to obtain data.
  • Maintains a current manual for office and student information system operations.
  • Trains student workers for approved tasks and cross trains for selected tasks with Managers.
  • Maintains an efficient filing system, providing a source of information to students, faculty, and office visitors.
  • Collects data and conducts research for Schools and research projects.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Description

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) years of related experience.
