Job summary

VNA Care in Worcester is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for a hybrid schedule (M-F, 8:30-5:00). Compensation is based on experience, $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. On-site days are Tuesday and Thursday at 67 Millbrook Street, Worcester, MA, with rotating weekend/holiday requirements.

Emphasizes exceptional customer service and accurate data gathering for referrals. Role requires healthcare exposure, clerical skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working in a health care environment or medical assisting.
• Strong customer service background via telephonic communications required, preferably in a medical environment.
• Strong clerical and computer skills including data entry, office machines, phones and filing systems.
• Experience using Excel preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
