Job summary

VNA Care is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to assess patients, develop care plans, and ensure comfort at end of life. Travel to patients' homes as needed; collaborate with families and care teams to provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Compensation based on experience $93,600 - $97,760 per year

Experience:

• Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience required.
• Minimum of one year oncology and home care experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year Hospice experience preferred.
