- Protect resident information and maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements.
- Support census reporting, occupancy tracking, and admission-related reporting.
- Maintain organized admission files and required documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance, compliance, and survey-readiness activities related to admissions.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple admissions, referrals, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to communicate compassionately with residents and families during sensitive or stressful situations.
- Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn EMR, CRM, and census-management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Help Make the Transition to Aspire a Positive One
For a new resident and their family, the Admissions Coordinator is often one of their first connections with our community.
We're looking for someone who understands that successful admissions aren't just about paperwork—they're about communication, relationships, responsiveness, and creating a welcoming experience from the very first conversation.
If you're organized, compassionate, and experienced in healthcare admissions or referral coordination, we'd love to meet you.
