Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is hiring an Admissions Coordinator to be the frontline advocate for patients and families. You will handle admissions processes, verify benefits with commercial payers and workers' comp, and support seamless transitions in a team-based, patient-centered environment.

The role requires attention to medical terminology, strong data-entry skills and excellent communication. No evenings or weekends; comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or health care preferred.
• Experience in admissions and medical insurance work is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient data entry and computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Strong organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
