Job summary

MediLodge of Haggerty Road, part of a leading Michigan healthcare provider, is seeking an Admissions Coordinator who will nurture relationships with families and community partners to support admissions and referrals.

You will coordinate the admissions process, deliver compassionate service, and help growth through community involvement. Healthcare experience and strong communication are valued; education assistance and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communications preferred.
• Two years equivalent experience in a customer relations or Admissions Coordinator role in lieu of a degree.
• Healthcare community relations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer relations support within the healthcare community.
• Coordinate admissions processes and serve as liaison with families.
• Contribute to community involvement and engagement initiatives.
