Job summary

Renaissance Recovery in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to guide new clients and families through the intake process. You will assist with screenings, verify insurance, collect documentation, and ensure a smooth transition into care.

As the first point of contact, you will enter data into EMR and CRM systems, coordinate pre-authorizations, and support ongoing client retention during onboarding, while communicating effectively with clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in drug/alcohol or behavioral health admissions.
• Comfortable with EMR systems; Kipu experience a plus.
• Experience with Zoho CRM (preferred) or similar systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve.

Responsibilities
