Job summary

Heritage Hall King George is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the admissions flow for new residents. The role requires coordinating with prospective residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff to ensure a warm, smooth transition into the facility.

The coordinator will assist the Admissions & Marketing Specialist in assessing residents’ needs and supporting outreach initiatives. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and a focus on compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in admissions/marketing position in healthcare environment preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions process with prospective residents, their families, healthcare providers, and internal staff to ensure a smooth transition into the facility.

This position involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including prospective residents ,their families ,healthcare providers, and internal staff, to ensure a smooth transition into the facility. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Admissions & Marketing Specialist with assessing the needs of potential residents.

Admissions Assistant Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in an admissions/marketing position in healthcare environment preferred
