• Work with insurance verification teams to confirm coverage and explain financial responsibilities.
• Schedule assessments and intake appointments with clear, ongoing communication to departments.
• Provide emotional support and maintain professional communication with referral sources and families.
• Record and maintain patient records in the admissions database; track inquiries and admissions metrics.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and represent the center professionally to referral sources and the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Intake and Admissions:

  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with referral sources, external providers, and internal staff.
  • Address concerns and answer questions related to treatment plans, facility policies, and available resources.
• Data and Documentation:
  • Accurately record and maintain detailed patient records in the admissions database.
  • Track inquiries, referrals, and admissions metrics to assist in reporting and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards throughout the admissions process.
• Program Representation:
  • Represent the treatment center professionally to external referral sources, community organizations, and potential patients.
