Job summary

The Respiratory & Nursing Center of Dayton in Moraine, OH is seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to lead admissions and marketing activities for our skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Marketing/Admissions within a long-term care setting, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail. An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Marketing/Admissions in a LTC facility.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions and marketing duties to smooth the resident intake.
• Promote the facility to ensure it remains a preferred choice in the region.

The Respiratory & Nursing Center of Dayton, a skilled nursing facility in Moraine, OH, is seeking an experienced, Full Time Admissions Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate is responsible for all admissions and marketing related duties for the facility, to include but not limited to ensuring the resident admission process is smooth for all involved, ensuring that Respiratory & Nursing Center of Dayton remains a preferred facility in the geographic areas we support as well as many other items to help ensure the success of the facility.

The successful candidate will possess at least 1 year of previous experience in Marketing/Admissions within a Long Term Care facility. The ideal candidate will also exhibit excellent customer service skills as well as attention to detail throughout their work. Associates degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
