You will manage inquiries, conduct tours, coordinate bed availability, and ensure smooth admissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/marketing or admissions coordination preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries and conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Coordinate bed availability and admission processes to maximize census and maintain budgeted occupancy.
• Collaborate with referral sources, hospital discharge planners and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Train staff on customer service and satisfaction principles and monitor satisfaction across residents and families.
