Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working with goals, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)
• Knowledge of post-secondary or career-focused education (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for prospective students via phone, in person, or virtual meetings.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Build trust through consultative, student-focused conversations.
• Conduct campus tours and information sessions.
• Accurately document student interactions in our systems.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Academic, and Student Services teams.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development.
