Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience

• Preferred knowledge of post-secondary or career-focused education

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective students by phone, in person, and virtually about goals and options
• Guide applicants through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
• Build trust through consultative, student-focused conversations
• Conduct campus tours and information sessions
• Accurately document interactions and progress in systems
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Academic, and Student Services teams
