Purdue University Fort Wayne is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Analyst in the Admissions department. You will serve as a liaison across Admissions, Enrollment Management, IT, Marketing, and Institutional Research to ensure the admissions technology supports recruitment, engagement, processing, and enrollment goals.

The role requires coordinating CRM, forms, queries, datasets, and workflows while analyzing processes for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high/related alternative with experience.
• 2–3 years in business analysis, admissions operations, enrollment management, IT, or related field.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Interpret data and identify meaningful trends.
• Work independently and collaboratively.
• Manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration and maintenance of Slate CRM.
• Configure forms, queries, datasets, portals, and workflows.
• Support application management, reader workflows, and admissions processing.
• Assist with user access management and security protocols.
• Monitor CRM functionality and identify improvements.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and processes.
• Gather and validate requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze admissions processes for automation opportunities.
• Create workflow diagrams, BRDs, and functional specs.
• Assist in evaluating system enhancements and technology solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in Admissions.
